First, determine joist spacing then select one of the available lengths 12, 16, 20 or 24 inch. All lag screws, studs, lock nuts & the necessary hardware for mounting are included with this combo kit.
Each unit is hand made in Canada and can easily support punching bags up to 300 lbs.
